Shipping policy

All items purchased from Western Culture Pty Ltd are posted through Australia Post and a tracking number is issued to you via email.

Standard shipping $15.00

Express shipping $20.00

All in stock items: Will be processed and shopping within 2-4 days of order processed.

All custom items: Which are made to order will be posted 2-4 days once created and full payment I received.

Please allow 4-6 business days for standard delivery to be made to your address and 2-3 business days for express delivery. As Australia Post is experiencing a high volume of deliveries at seasonal peak times please note this may extend the delivery time.  We will send you your tracking number to your email address and you are able to contact Australia Post directly to track your parcel.
We have left the shipping options up to you to choose whether you would prefer standard, express or click and collect.

We have also added the option of adding signature on delivery to ensure that the parcel is definitely collected by you.

Your purchase is generally processed within 24hrs of being placed and is sent on business days from Rylstone, NSW 2849.

Please be aware that we do not post items on Weekends or NSW Public Holidays – in the event that you make a purchase on these days, we will promptly post it on the next business day.

Western Culture Pty Ltd will not be held accountable for missing or damaged parcels. If an order is not received on your end, we will assist you in contacting Australia Post with the tracking number, however we are only able to pass on the information provided by Australia Post and we do not offer a refund or replacement on orders not delivered. If you do not collect your parcel from your local post office by the due collection date and if the parcel is returned to us for any reason due to shipping details please note Western Culture Pty Ltd will not cover any shipping fees, the customer is to pay for redirecting of parcel/s and or shipping costs.
